Blood alcohol of running back Ronnie Brown with miami dolphins jersey was almost twice the legal limit when he was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol last weekend.
Citing a police report from the Marietta, Ga., police department, the newspaper reported that Brown’s breathalyzer results revealed a .158 blood-alcohol reading above the legal limite of .08. Plus, Brown drifted twice into the oncoming traffic lane, "narrowly missing an approaching southbound vehicle." He also drove past a "blind curve," and was charged with improper lane use.
The officer who arrested him claimed that he had a strong odor of alcoholic beverage and talked with a thick tongue.
